Creative Aspects would like to invite everyone to a new vintage market being held in historic Downtown Oakland. The Downtown Market is a "flea market" style event that will premiere vintage/antique dealers, junk collectors and Etsy crafters. Among the offerings: antiques, collectibles, repurposed items, vintage clothing and home decor, handcrafted/re-fab furniture, housewares, jewelry, and MUCH MORE!!

The Market will be held at Creative Aspects located at 31 Main Street in Oakland, TN 38060 on Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 10a-4p.

Vendor space Information: 

Friday, March 28 - vendor set up time will be noon to 7:00pm. If there are vendors who are unable to set up during those hours, please advise me and I will try and accommodate you as best as I can. You may also set up the morning of the event. I will need ALL vendor vehicles removed from the event area by 9:00am. 

Saturday, March 29th 10am-4pm 12 x 12 space per Vendor is $25.00

Vendors WILL BE SET UP ALONG MAIN STREET 

ANY PRODUCTS THAT A VENDOR WANTS TO SELL, MUST BE APPROVED BY ME FIRST.

If a rain date needs to be set and scheduled, fees paid WILL carry over to the rain date.

I would like to invite everyone to a new vintage market being held in historic Downtown Oakland. We will be launching the first DOWNTOWN MARKET Saturday November 9th, 2013. The Downtown Market will be a "flea market" style sale that will premiere vintage dealers and Etsy crafters. Among the offerings: antiques, collectibles, repurposed items, vintage clothing and home decor, handcrafted/re-fab furniture, housewares, jewelry, and MUCH MORE!!

Flea markets are great social places and recession-proof businesses, whatever your budget!!

The Market will be held at Creative Aspects located at 31 Main Street in Oakland, TN 38060 on Saturday, November 9am-5pm. 

This will be a great time to get all of your Christmas Shopping done!!!

Vendors, YOU are responsible for set up. This includes tables, tents, awnings, and anything you may need to set up.Vendors are responsible for their own "Take Down". This includes all remaining merchandise, if any. All tables, tents and trash should be taken with each vendor. You are responsible for cleaning up your area. The Market will be held along one of the busiest highways in Fayette County so you MUST keep your space clean, neat, and organized. 

Set up will begin Friday, November 8 - vendor set up time will be noon to 7:00pm. Friday evening will also be a pre-sale for vendors only. If you prefer to set up on the day of, you may begin set up at 7:00am. The sale will be open as long as the weather permits. 

Merchandise-All product and Merchandise must be displayed in a very neat and well organized manner and priced. 

This is a "Flea Market" style sale. The items allowed are vintage, antiques, collectables, re-purposed items, painted furniture, and hand made items. I DO NOT WANT ANY YARD SALE ITEMS THAT YOU WOULD SELL AT YOUR PERSONAL SALE, ie..vacuum cleaners, basketball goals, clothes. 
If the clothes are Vintage and/or repurposed that is fine. Items must be well displayed and in a some-what organized manner. I would like for vendors to email pictures of your items to me so that I can post them while advertising the Downtown Market. 

The Market will be held at 31 Main Street in Oakland TN 38060. Vendors will be set up on the concrete pads beside the Creative Aspects shop. 

Candice Haynes and Creative Aspects are not responsible for any Liability incurred by Vendors.


I will be advertising Downtown Market on Estate Sales.net and other online sites as well as the local paper. Please feel free to share this information with your friends and Vendors that may be interested in setting up or coming to to the Market.
